We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at email@example.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to. At ATORSé each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.
Do not like the product / Product not as per the picture shown:
We understand that in some cases that you may not like the product which you have received or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However we do have a flat 30 Day exchange/return policy in such cases. Please mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and reason for return. We will get back to you with return packing slip and pickup arrangements in 24-72 hours. (if the pickup is not available at your pincode then please send the package back to us and we will reimburse upto INR 100/- as the courier charges) As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse we will initiate your refund to your bank account and/or other mode of payment. Sale of clearance sale items are final and will not be exchanged. Exchange or refund of sale items is done only in case of damaged product.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Atorse.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All purchases made at Atorse.com will be delivered to your doorstep free of cost. The order would be dispatched within 2 working days from the order date. Expect the product to reach you in 3-5 working days of order.
If the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Atorse.com's Returns Policy.
30 Days Return
Atorsé's Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on atorse.com within 30 days of the receipt.
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- 1. We do not accept return or exchange requests for free items
- 2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Shirts must be packed in the original box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
- 3. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
- 4. In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
- 5. If you want to exchange/return your product, you have to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- 6. We don't except return/exchange request for undergarments/inner-wear/boxers under any circumstances.
